While We Walk is a gentle narrative walking sim about queer lives, gender, and the messy, very human question of whether to have children at all. You move through quiet spaces, listening to real conversations between friends as they share how identity, expectations, and family stories shape what they want from the future.

Real queer voices, real choices
All audio is verbatim, unscripted recordings of queer people talking about their lives and futures. The game centres the idea that choosing not to have children is OK: being child-free is not saying “no” to kids, it is saying “yes” to yourself and to the life that feels right for you.
